This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Monument Visa Service, including but not limited to FBI Apostille, Document Apostille, Document Legalization, FBI Channeling, and Visa Services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund:
A full refund is available if a request is made in writing within 24 hours of payment, provided that no work has commenced. “Work” includes, but is not limited to, form preparation, contacting third parties, or engaging with government agencies. - Partial Refund:
If work has already begun, Monument Visa reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable government or third-party fees already paid on your behalf. Additionally, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted to cover processing and credit card fees.
2. Non-Refundable Government and Third-Party Fees
Once work has started, all government, filing, and third-party fees that have been paid on your behalf are non-refundable. The refundability of these charges depends on the refund policies of the respective agencies involved, which are separate from Monument Visa Service.
3. Cancellation Process
To initiate a refund request, clients must submit a written request within 24 hours of payment. This request must be sent via email to support@monumentvisa.com or mailed to the following address:

Fairfax, VA 22030
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm receipt and proceed with the cancellation or partial refund as applicable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, Monument Visa will process the refund within 1 business day. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution, and Monument Visa will not be responsible for any delays caused by them.
5. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The application is rejected, delayed, or denied due to inaccuracies or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Monument Visa cannot proceed with the service due to the client’s failure to provide necessary documentation or information within the required time frame.
- The client decides to terminate the service after work on the application has commenced.
6. Service Limitations and Exclusions
Monument Visa acts as a facilitator for document apostille and visa services and is not responsible for any delays or decisions made by government authorities or other third-party agencies. We make no guarantees regarding specific processing times as these can be affected by factors beyond our control.
