By using our services or accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in termination of service.

2. Scope of Services

Monument Visa provides document authentication, apostille services, and related assistance. All services are contingent upon the timely and accurate processing of requests by the U.S. Department of State and other relevant authorities. Monument Visa is not responsible for processing delays beyond its control, including government backlogs, office closures, or postal issues.

3. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

All fees for services provided by Monument Visa are due upon submission of your order. Fees are non-refundable, except where the company explicitly agrees to refund. Monument Visa reserves the right to modify its fee schedule at any time, with notice provided on our website. Clients are responsible for any additional fees arising from rejected or incomplete applications due to client errors or omissions.

4. Submission of Documents

Clients must ensure that all documents submitted to Monument Visa for processing are accurate, complete, and properly formatted. Monument Visa is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Clients must also ensure that documents are legible and unprotected (i.e., without password encryption) unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Processing Time and Delays

While Monument Visa strives to meet estimated processing times as stated on the website, such timeframes are subject to change based on external factors. Monument Visa is not liable for delays caused by third-party organizations, including government agencies, shipping providers, or unforeseen circumstances such as national emergencies or force majeure events.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All documents submitted to Monument Visa, either physically or digitally, are the sole responsibility of the client until received and acknowledged by Monument Visa. Once documents are shipped, Monument Visa is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Clients are advised to use a reliable shipping service and obtain tracking information where necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monument Visa will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in processing, delays, or losses caused by third parties. In no event shall Monument Visa’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Client’s Representations and Warranties

By submitting an order with Monument Visa, the client represents and warrants that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and legally compliant. The client also agrees that they have the legal right to submit documents for processing and are not engaging in fraudulent activities.
